Training with BTC
Brooklyn Triathlon Club offers its members four professionally coached workouts per week during the main season (April – September), included in the member rate. In addition, we host swim clinics and other one-time events.

Training begins Monday, April 23.
Our weekly schedule is:
*All workouts take place in Prospect Park, Brooklyn*
- Monday evening, 7:30 pm: Strength training
- Tuesday morning, 6:00 am: Cycling
- Wednesday evening, 7:00 pm: Speed work
- Thursday morning, 6:00 am: Brick (bike + run)
