Registration for the second block will open Wednesday 4/1 at noon. \nThe Masters Swim program will provide participants with triathlon specific workouts and drills to improve their swimming. While the program is open to all levels/paces\, it is not a learn-to-swim program. Participants should be proficient swimmers ready for an hour-long structured training session. SUMMARY:2026 GTFO Ride
DESCRIPTION:Our annual GTFO (Get The Eff Out) of Prospect Park Ride is here! \nJoin us on Saturday\, May 9th for a no-drop group ride from Brooklyn to The 9W Market cafe and back. This will be an approximately 55 mile ride that goes across Brooklyn Bridge\, up the Hudson bike path on the west side\, across the GW Bridge and north through NJ along Route 9W before returning to Brooklyn the same way. For those looking for a shorter ride\, there is an option to hop on the subway at the 175 St A station on the way back for a total of ~38 miles of riding\, which would still let you experience riding on 9W and enjoy a coffee at The Market stop. \nThere will be 2-3 groups heading out from Brooklyn Borough Hall staggered 15 minutes apart. All groups will have one of our experienced club members leading and navigating the group from the front and another member riding at the back to make sure that no one gets left behind. \nThis ride is the perfect opportunity to meet teammates while spreading your cycling wings and learning how to navigate the route from Brooklyn up to 9W in order to complete longer training rides! \nRSVPs are required\, and slots are limited. If you are no longer able to attend\, please update your RSVP so that others on the waitlist may join. \nPlease Note: This event is open to club members ONLY.

SUMMARY:BTC Masters Swim (Block 2)
DESCRIPTION:Registration for BTC Masters Swim Block 2 Opens Wednesday 4/1 at noon! \nThis year we will have three 10-week blocks of BTC Masters Swim\, coached by Edwin Roberts. Swim sessions will once again take place at the Major Owens Community Center in Crown Heights. \nThe second block of sessions will take place Friday mornings  7am-8am\, 4/10-6/12. \nThe cost of each 10 week block is $250. Registration for the second block will open Wednesday 4/1 at noon. \nThe Masters Swim program will provide participants with triathlon specific workouts and drills to improve their swimming. While the program is open to all levels/paces\, it is not a learn-to-swim program. Participants should be proficient swimmers ready for an hour-long structured training session.
