Hello ALL!
Welcome to the first Virtual Strength class of Brooklyn Tri!
WHO’S READY FOR SOME TRAINING?!?!?!?! 🙂
These workouts will either be held LIVE st 5:30pm on Mondays OR I will post a video of the routine for you to do on on your own.
Our first workout is intended to get the body moving and begin laying down the foundation of strength to build upon for the weeks to come.
We will focus on core stability, single leg balance drills, and supportive muscle recruitment.

MONDAY 4/13 #2- BALANCE, CORE, SUPPORTIVE MUSCLES, ISOMETRICS PART 2!
Hello All!!
This workout will be a progression from last week. The exercises will be a bit more challenging and enduring however the theme will remain the same, which is CONTROL. Being able to use the right muscles at the right time efficiently and economically.
We are laying down a foundation of strength that we will build upon as the weeks go on. This is the base of the cake. More layers, frosting, and sprinkles later 🙂
See you all virtually!

MONDAY 4/27 #4- SINGLE LEG BALANCE AND STRENGTH
Hello!
This is going to be a fun one. We’re going to focus on single leg balance, single leg strength, and then put it into some compound movements. A great routine to focus on movement economy for Triathlon.
See you virtually!

MONDAY 5/4 #5- SPEED AND ELASTICITY INTRO
Hey Folks!
We’re introducing some higher speed movements and elastic training exercises. They go hand in hand. Think of the “pop and kick” of the run. Maximizing speed potential and tendon strength will make you faster, especially on the run. Don’t trust me, trust science 😉
See you Virtually!
