Covid-19 brought us a lot of challenges, but it didn’t stop BTC from training OR our coaches from providing workouts! The 2020 BTC Coaches blog has almost 30 weeks of strength, bike, run and brick workouts for your use, and videos of training advice, tips, and all things triathlon.  We hope you take advantage of the knowledge of our awesome coaches!
