Offseason Strength Workshop (2 pm)

Our offseason strength workshop is back for the second year in a row.
The workshop with BTC Strength Coach Ben Kessel is geared to help you develop a successful off-season weight training program. The hour serves as an introduction to weight-lifting for triathletes. Ben will follow up with each participant with a personalized off-season plan.
We will offer two one-hour sessions with five participants each. If both sessions fill up, we may offer a third session.
Rough timing for the hour:
10-15 minutes: Intro, discussion of benefits of strength, athletes’ goals
30 minutes: 6-8 core exercises (eg. squats, deadlifts…)
15 minutes: debrief, questions
