MONDAY 7/27 #17 HIIT+

Hey Folks!
This workout is going to include HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and then some more fun 🙂 We will be tackling this by doing “Tabata” sets which are 3 minute sets of a max intensity exercise for 20 seconds with a 10 second recovery. I’ll provide variations on how to tackle these exercises for all levels.
