Hello!

Monday 5/25 #8 Dynamic intervals with core stability
Hello Folks!
The theme of this workout is work and control. We will alternate exercises that are dynamic and powerful with ones that incorporate a static/isometric component. It’s one feat to be able to push hard, it’s a bigger feat to be able to push hard and still be in control of your movements!

MONDAY 6/1 #9 DYNAMIC INTERVALS WITH CORE STABILITY
Hello Folks!
Welcome to June 2020! 🙂
We are going to switch things up a bit and focus on muscular endurance (rather than power). Endurance strength exercises are great for muscle recruitment. It also tell us if the muscles we want to use as primary movers become fatigued too quickly resulting in compensatory muscles doing too much work. You’ll learn a lot and I’ll talk you through it all.

MONDAY 6/8 #10 INTERVALS WITH MOBILITY/FLEXIBILITY FOCUS
Hello Folks!
For this session, we are going to focus on dynamic full kinetic chain movements. We want your body to move as one strong unit while also actively opening up your range of motion (beyond standard triathlon movements). The goal is to increase the fluidity in the way you move by actively strengthening and lengthening the body.
