Hello Folks!

For this session, we are going to increase intensity from last week with the same focus on dynamic full kinetic chain movements.
We want your body to move as one strong unit while also actively opening up your range of motion (beyond standard triathlon movements). The goal is to increase the fluidity in the way you move by actively strengthening and lengthening the body.

MONDAY 6/29 #13 PLYOMETRICS AND ALTERNATIVES

Hello Folks!
We’re going to focus on plyometrics! Lots of fun jumping with supportive exercises mixed in. Of course for those not jumping, we will have plenty of other options to get strong. This will be a challenging set so if you have some key swim/bike/run sessions in the next few days, you might want to take this session a bit easier (Just let me know and I’ll provide options).
